Originally the home of this town's country doctor, this beautiful Victorian home was built just outside of a small Georgia town.  Since then, Main Street has become a highway, and this poor old home is getting a much needed makeover for commercial use.  Our rendering took it back to its glory days in the original rural setting.

These before and after images illustrate the incredible transformations that can take place with retouching and photo restoration.  Paintings and drawings from snapshots often capture precious expressions (that they'd never do in front of the professional photographer).  To become a strong portrait, the images are retouched and reworked in a basic three step process.  The center image is what we call a photographic 'sketch', and is the basis for the final portrait..  The sketch is imperfect as a photograph, but gives the client an idea of what we're envisioning for the final portrait.
